Terms and conditions

Bond - will be required for all hired items and will range from $50 -$200 depending on the items hired.

Access - Easy access and parking for a car and trailer must be available at the site of set up. If however, the distance to the set up area is not a reasonable distance an extra set up fee will apply.

Pack up - included in a package is for no later than 5 pm the same day.  Ceremonies are set up one hour before and packed down once ceremony is over unless otherwise discussed.

After hours pack up - If you need the items packed up after normal working hours of Monday - Sunday 8-5 pm, an after hours pack up fee $100 applies + an after hours travel fee
